13 amp table saw f/sears by craftsman.i collect old throwout wood f/ any objects/pieces of wood or furniture and try 2 reconfigure it 2 my ideas.largest size of wood in past was 12x2x12.will this gift be valuable to me?so far 1 twin bed frame and 1 full bed frame,2 Adirondack chairs with also a love seat,several 3 legged tables like the 1 my grandfather made in 1923 from tree limbs and a 18x10plywood top with so much roadside wood collected for last 6 months awaiting projects.is this 130.00 table saw limited to what degree of woodworking

Im trying to build an adirondack chair but I don't know how much wood I need to buy. Help!

It's a custom made Adirondack chair. The only problem with it is that while being made the wood got split, but it is out of site and under the chair. It's still really durable and can hold more than 200 pounds. I want to make an adirondack chair or two, but I don't want it to bee too expensive. What kind of wood should I use, that would be nice, but not too pricey?
