best way to paint/redo white plastic patio chairs?
just want to add color and interest to old white plastic patio chairs...paint/pretty cushions, etc. has anyone done this and what were the results? home colors are neutral beiges and greens with some burgundy/pink accents. house is red brick. patio is concrete. thanks.... also want to put an outdoor rug underneath to define the space. what colors would work?

they make a spray paint just for plastic look at wal mart
they make spray paint for plastic now, but i'm not sure what colors are available. if possible i would go with a deep green. that compliments burgundy, beige, brick, etc. if the paint does not come in that color, beige or off white would be better than stark white.

if you can go with the dark green, nice beige seat cushions would be nice. if you have to do the opposite, beige paint, buy green seat cushions as an accent color.
Paint the chairs bright red (Krylon*s new plastic fusion paint) Make some red and white striped cushions.
Black rug under them.
Yeah. It's Krylon, and the line of paint is "Fusion". No need to rough the chairs either. I've used this paint, and it works really well. It made it through 100+ temps and still holding well.
